Systems Analyst
Responsible for providing desktop PC and server support, network support, software migration and upgrade services to all users. Recommends appropriate desktop, server and network strategies.
Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field. Minimum 5 years IT experience required. Experience in healthcare IT a plus.Excellent knowledge of desktop workstations, laptop computers, tablets, printers, etc. Strong knowledge of personal computer hardware and software and Windows server based operating systems. Good understanding of networking. Knowledge of Electronic Health Records software preferred. Strong analytical ability for analyzing systems and procedures, as well as exceptional problem solving skills. Excellent verbal, analytical, and organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast changing environment. Ability to be on-call for nights or weekend.
