5K a year The region's leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Emergency Department & ICU at our Mannington location.
You willperform patient assessments, determine priority of care and provide any immediate interventions, analyze assessment data, formulate and implement plan of care and evaluate care effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff and in accordance with the policies and procedures of IHN.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in BSN or MSN; Completed degree is preferred 1
years of experience in a clinical setting, 2
years ED experience preferred Current New Jersey nursing licensure ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications; National Certification preferred CPI initial for new hires to be completed within the introductory period, and renewal every 18 months.
Cardiac dysrhythmia required within 6 months of hire Critical Care Course within 1 year (or 2 years CC experience or current CEN) Completion of the Trauma Nurse Core Courses taught by the Emergency Nurses Association within 12 months of initial assignment or followed by a minimum of 8 contact hours of education every 2 years in trauma assessment, intervention and stabilization Find your inspiration.
