This role involves providing top-notch nursing care to our patients, working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Medical Surgical (MedSurg) nursing and be proficient in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures in the delivery of patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including patient histories, reports, and care plans.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, therapeutic procedures, and other aspects of patient care.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, demonstrating proficiency in BLS.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a MedSurg setting.
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Exceptional clinical skills with a strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with patients and their families.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and medical software systems.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a commitment to improving patient health and wellbeing.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Physical stamina to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and moving patients.
