$87K - $110K a year The region's leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor to serve as the administrative representative for all hospital departments during weekend, evening and night shifts.
You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met for patients of all ages while resolving problems that may arise.
The Nursing Supervisor will also monitor personnel performance and maintain cost containment in support of the Nurse Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing Education in management, critical care nursing and public relations 3
years of nursing experience as an Registered Nurse in an acute care setting with progressive nursing leadership responsibility; Experience in a leadership role preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Current RN license in the State of New Jersey BLS, ACLS and CPI certifications PALS and Specialty Certification preferred Find your inspiration.
