Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Day Shift (7a-7p)
Salem Medical Center is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join ourBehavioral Health Unit.
The LPN is responsible for planning, supervising and evaluating the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies.
The LPN will provide direct patient care including vital signs, personal hygiene, dietary needs and ambulation.
Responsible for assessing critical changes and notifying the Supervising Nurse or Physician appropriately.
The LPN interacts with all hospital departments to coordinate patient care, provides safe and secure environment for the patient and assures that equipment is working properly, rooms are clean and proper infection control procedures are followed.
